SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS   (please keep this info)

VENUE            :-                    Glendearg Farm, Galashields ( Earlston ), TD1 2NR

Glendearg Farm is situated off road that connects Galashields/ Gattonside with Lauder, aprrox 1.7miles north east of Galashields grid ref NT518380

Over night Parking       : Access to parking/ camping area is though a stable yard so please take great care when passing though. All generators, must run on environmental mat, to be switched off by 10pm, and no bikes to be started between 8pm on Saturday evening and 9 am Sunday morning           

NO bike to be ridden in the parking area, please.

Scrutineering     :-               9.00 AM,                      Start 11.00 am    Riders briefing 10:45

Machines should be brought to start line 15mins before start time

DATE               :-                     Sunday 9th July 2016

MACHINES     :-                   Must be clearly numbered on front and side panels (with correct colour front background Red/green Expert, Yellow Clubman B,Clubman, Over 40 Blue, Black Sportsman) , engine noise must not exceed 94 dba. There will be no restriction on tyre type.

REFUELLING :-                    Will be restricted to an area designated for refuelling and will be marked by  green flags. No smoking will be permitted in or near this area. Engines must be stopped during refuelling.  All riders must provide a fire extinguisher and environmental mat.

HELMETS       :-                    Gold or silver A.C.U. current stamped helmets must be worn.

Hemet and body cameras are not permitted, cameras secured to bikes are permitted.

I.D. Discs          :-                  Must be worn giving name, date of birth and blood group if known.

Concussion   :-                      “I undertake to notify the club of any recent (within the last 23 days) concussion injury and will produce a doctor’s note to state I am able to compete in the event” .            The Doctors note to state “The rider is no longer suffering the consequences of concussion”.

No Power washing allowed at the event. Penalty – EXCLUSION !!

PENALTIES             

Exceeding walking pace in blue tape area  –  Exclusion

Course cutting or any other very dodgy practices – Exclusion

 Smoking in refueling area   – Exclusion

  Starting engine in working area or before start signal is given            60

PLEASE DO NOT DROP LITTER ANY WHERE IN THE PARKING AREAS OR ON THE COURSE  THIS IS FARM LAND Please no riding in the parking area
