VENUE:-

The event is close to IV36 2QR (Tomnamoon) start point is at 57.514977 -3.589974 accessible from the A940 coming from either Forres or Grantown on Spey. Orange arrows will be in place.

From Forres on the A940 travel 3.3miles then turn left towards Half Davoch/Tomnanoon, after 3.2 miles turn left onto an untarred road and follow for 1.2 miles to reach the start point.

From Grantown on the A940 travel 14 miles take the turning on the right for Half Davoch/Tomnanoon, after 2.3 miles turn right onto an untarred road and follow for 1.2 miles to reach the start point. Please observe a speed limit of 20mph on the untarred road and do not block it in any way.


“early bird” entry fee of £55 for one day or £100 for both days.  From 4th to 9th April, Entry fees will be £58 for 1 day and £105 for both days

COURSE:  Open farmland, woodland and moor, marked by tape and day glo arrows.

Camping :–          Overnight camping is available on Friday and  Saturday night at the event location. Bikes must not be started between the hours of 6.30pm and 9am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  Please act with respect by keeping noise, especially in the evening to a minimum, and take your litter home. All generators must be placed on an environmental mat and must not be run between 10:30pm and 8:00am

 

Strictly no fires of any kind

 

No mini bikes are allowed in the paddock / camping area, please leave them at home as you will not be allowed to use them. Please take all your rubbish home with you, this is a livestock grazing area.

No dogs unless under control and on a lead at all times.

Machine examination     :- 09.00, until 10:00 Penalty for late machine examination -60 points  First man away 10:30.

MACHINES     :-                   Must be clearly numbered on front and side panels (with correct colour front background Red/green Expert, Yellow Clubman, club B , Blue Over 40 & over 50, Black Sportsman) , engine noise must not exceed 94 dba. There will be no restriction on tyre type.

PARC FERME :-                   Machines must not be started or worked on in the Parc Ferme.

REFUELLING :-                    Will be restricted to an area designated for refuelling and will be marked by  green flags. No smoking will be permitted in or near this area. Engines must be stopped during refuelling.  All riders must provide a fire extinguisher and environmental mat. No fuelling in grassed car parking camping area

HELMETS       :-                    Gold A.C.U. current stamped helmets must be worn.

I.D. Discs          :-                 Must be worn giving name, date of birth and blood group if known.

Entries and fees :-           Will not be returned unless the event is cancelled or a rider gives a valid reason for not riding at least seven days prior to the event. In such cases £10 will be deducted to cover costs.  Any rider not signing on, on the day, will forfeit his entry fee in full
