Entry fee of £60 for Adults and £30 for Youths
We’ll only be accepting online entries (last date to enter Thursday 7th August 7:00pm ) One Event Licences are available, online only, at time of entering for £15
SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS (please keep this info)
COURSE: Course will consist of Forest and grass fields
Overnighting: camping is fine from Saturday afternoon.
Food Truck: Rothbury Baker’s catering van will be on site from Sunday am.
Please take all your rubbish home with you. No dogs unless under control and on a lead at all times., this is a working farm with livestock
Sign on from 8:30am. Priority given to youths. Youth classes as per H&H regs
Youths start 9:00, duration 1 hr it’s quite a long loop. Trophies for youths sponsored by Andrew Currie Roofing Innerleithen
Adults start 11:00, duration of 2 &1/2 hours. Absolutely no riding in the paddock. This event will be run under the national sporting code please abide to these rules failure to do so will result in disqualification
Machines should be brought to start line 20mins before the start no sighting lap adult race starts at 11 am. MACHINES :- Must be clearly numbered on front and side panels (with correct colour backgrounds Green – Expert A & Expert B’s, Yellow – Clubman & Clubman B, Blue – Over 40 & Over 50, Black – Sportsman, engine noise must not exceed 94 dba. There will be no restriction on tyre type.
PARC FERME :- Machines must not be started or worked on in the Parc Ferme.
REFUELLING :- Will be restricted to an area designated for refuelling and will be marked by green flags. No smoking will be permitted in or near this area. Engines must be stopped during refuelling. All riders must provide a fire extinguisher and environmental mat. No fuelling in parking area.
ENTRIES & FEES :- Will not be returned unless the event is cancelled, or a rider gives a valid reason for not riding at least 48 hours prior to the event. In such cases £10 will be deducted to cover costs. Any rider not signing on, on the day, without good reason will forfeit his entry fee in full
It is the rider’s responsibility to present their bike in a fit condition to complete the event RIDERS may be asked to present their bike and helmet to an official on the way to the start line at least 20 min before the start of the event HELMETS must have the ACU gold sticker and be in a good condition.
